Which documents? what procedures?

This page describes the procedure for purchasing your new car step by step! Especially for those who are unable to come directly to our offices to fill out the forms, but it also wants to be a valid reminder for those who will come to visit us, so that they can come directly with all the necessary documents!

Then the list of necessary documents, the activities, the personnel involved and the times.

1 - The first activity necessary for you to be able to ensure the purchase of the car you have viewed at the displayed price, is to BLOCK THE PROMOTION!

2 - You must send the identification documents of the person who will name the vehicle, then the Identity Card, the Tax Code card or the Health Card and finally the Driving License (all these documents strictly front and back and in a legible format) indicating whether the updated residence is the one reported on the documents or, if not, writing it to us directly in the text of the email; mobile and landline telephone numbers.

3 - If you have a vehicle to be traded in, we need to receive a copy of the front and back registration certificate, a copy of the PRA Certificate of Ownership (former complementary sheet) and a copy of the last payment of the Property Tax (stamp ).

3 - Subsequently our salesmen will prepare the actual order confirmation, which will be sent to you together with the documents necessary for the Registration or Change of Ownership of the vehicle you are purchasing, our bank details for the advance contractual agreement (equal to 10/20%).

4 - Once you have received the contract and the forms, it will be your task to print them, fill them in the appropriate spaces and sign them (obviously our consultants are at your complete disposal, to help you and clarify any kind of doubt). Once the compilation work has been completed, you will have to scan them to send them to us by email, keep a copy for you and return the completed originals by post.

5 - It will also be your task to make the bank transfer of the amount of the agreed contractual advance, and send us a copy of the accounting by mail.
